My husband and I have loved and continue to love working with Ann. Dottie May was born with many medical issues and we used to always be so nervous to leave her, until we met Ann! Ann is genuinely very kind-hearted and we can tell she cares for our puppy as if it were her own. Ann not only walks Dottie but she helps train her as well. Because of Dottie’s medical issues, we trained her to use the “wee wee pad.” Ann helped Dottie tremendously in her transition from using the “wee wee pad” to finally going to the bathroom outside. She is now a fully trained pup, thanks to Ann! Ann gives detailed reports and sends adorable pictures. My husband and I look forward to her report everyday. Ann is also very good about keeping her doggy clients safe. Ann is excellent at understanding when a situation at a dog park may seem too aggressive for Dottie. She really understands Dottie’s ability and has no problem keeping her safe and happy. Ann also has no complaints or difficulty about giving our dog medications. Dottie takes 3 medications, twice daily for stomach issues and we can always rely on Ann to give the medications without any issues. Ann is organized, flexible, committed and kind. We are 100% confident in her care and services and we would recommend her to anyone who loves their puppy as much as we love ours.
